Privacy Policy
PEOPilot ("we") operates a free PEO matching service. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
Information you submit in our matching form: name, company, email, phone, state, employee count, and your HR/payroll preferences. We also collect standard analytics (pages visited, referral source).
How it's used
We share your submission with a small number of vetted PEO providers and licensed brokers (typically 1–3) so they can contact you with quotes — that is the service you're requesting. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, data brokers, or marketing lists.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. You may ask any provider who contacts you to stop, and they are required to honor it.
Cookies & tracking
We use the Google tag (Google Ads) and Microsoft Advertising's UET tag to measure how our advertising performs — for example, whether a visit from one of our ads led to a completed matching request. This may set cookies and share standard interaction data with Google; see Google's and Microsoft's advertising privacy disclosures. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or block cookies in your browser — the matching service works fine either way. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, scrolling, clicks, and session replays of anonymized interactions) so we can improve it; this data is captured via behavioral metrics and shared with Microsoft as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Beyond this, we don't use third-party analytics or sell data to ad networks. Fonts load from Google Fonts, our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, and links you arrive from may pass source tags in the web address, which we record only to know how you found us.
Your state privacy rights
Depending on your state (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of its sharing. We honor such requests from anyone regardless of state: email us and we'll confirm deletion or provide a copy of your data within 30 days. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we share it only with the matched providers described above.
Data security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our form processing provider. We retain lead records only as long as needed to operate the matching service.
