PEOPilot ("we") operates a free PEO matching service. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

Information you submit in our matching form: name, company, email, phone, state, employee count, and your HR/payroll preferences. We also collect standard analytics (pages visited, referral source).

How it's used

We share your submission with a small number of vetted PEO providers and licensed brokers (typically 1–3) so they can contact you with quotes — that is the service you're requesting. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, data brokers, or marketing lists.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. You may ask any provider who contacts you to stop, and they are required to honor it.

Data security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our form processing provider. We retain lead records only as long as needed to operate the matching service.
