Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of thepeopilot.com and PEOPilot's matching service (the "Service"). By using the site or submitting our matching form, you agree to them.
1. What the Service is (and isn't)
PEOPilot is a free referral and matching service for employers. We collect information you provide and introduce you to professional employer organizations (PEOs) and licensed brokers who may fit your needs. PEOPilot:
- is not a PEO, insurance carrier, insurance producer, broker, or licensed advisor of any kind;
- does not sell, quote, or advise on insurance or benefits products — all quotes, plans, pricing, and advice come from the providers we introduce you to, who are responsible for their own licensing and conduct;
- does not guarantee that any provider will contact you, offer you a quote, or accept your business.
2. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the matching form, you consent to being contacted by PEOPilot and by a small number of matched providers (typically 1–3) about your request — by phone, email, or text message at the contact details you provide, including by automated means. This consent is a condition of using the free Service. You may revoke it at any time by telling us or the provider to stop, and message/data rates may apply to texts.
3. No guarantees about savings or outcomes
Figures on this site — including savings ranges, industry statistics, and the post-submission estimate — are illustrative, based on published industry research (e.g., NAPEO) and typical market ranges. Your actual pricing and savings depend on your workforce, states, industry, claims history, and the providers' underwriting. Nothing on this site is a quote, offer, or promise of savings.
4. How we're compensated
The Service is free for employers because providers compensate PEOPilot for referrals — through referral fees, lead fees, or ongoing arrangements. This compensation does not change what you pay a provider. Matches are based on fit criteria you provide (size, states, industry, needs); compensation may influence which providers participate in our network.
5. Your information
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it's shared with matched providers. Submitting the form authorizes that sharing. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
6. Accuracy of what you submit
You agree the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to request quotes on behalf of the business you name. Submitting false or third-party information without authorization is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, guides, design, and the PEOPilot name — belongs to PEOPilot LLC. You may share links to our content; you may not republish it wholesale or use our name to imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, PEOPilot LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for the acts, omissions, products, pricing, or advice of any provider we introduce, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. We may update them by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
